Three Night Weekend Special

• At the time of your reservation, we request a credit card guarantee to reserve your stay. In the event that your plans change after your reservation is made, cancellation notice must be received within 72 hours of the date of your stay. Should notice be less than that, we will make every attempt to rebook your room. If we are unable to do so, a one night stay will be billed to your credit card.
• We accept cash, Traveler check, bank check, pay pal and all major credit cards.
• For travel planning, normal check in time is after 3:00 PM. Check out time is noon. We would be happy to discuss an alternative check in/out time.

• We are open year round
• Room deposit: Reservations are secured with one night’s deposit per room at time of booking
• Cancellation policy: you are financially responsible unless we are able to book your room
• Balance of bill must be paid upon arrival
• Credit Cards, cash, traveler’s, bank checks, and Pay Pal are accepted
• Please notify us in advance if you have any dietary restrictions, we are most happy to accommodate you
• Check in time is after 3 pm. Check out is noon. Special arrangements can be made for early/late check in and check out
• Small well-behaved pets are welcome and cannot be left unattended. Your pet's room rate is a $100.00 non-refundable one time fee. Please contact us for guidance.
• Smoking is allowed outdoors. The Guest House is smoke free.
• Damages will be charged to the guest credit card
